Our Vision
We believe that trust and compassion begin with transparency and honesty. We plan on making information available to owners that has been withheld, guarded, even lost in the past, leading to misunderstandings and conflicts and resentments. When everyone is informed, honestly and often, good things happen.
As we get our digital house together and migrate documentation to Microsoft SharePiont, each owner will have access to community resources and data as well as information about their own individual properties, secured and safeguarded with individual logins. Upload folders will allow for owners to share with each other and the board, meeting folders will include call recordings and transcripts, everything will be in the open.
